We Can Do Anything!

Our second and third grade learners proved on Friday that they truly can do ANYTHING, as they enthusiastically shared their accomplishments during the Second and Third Grade Enrichment Cluster Showcase. These young learners handled themselves with poise and grace as they greeted our many guests, including parents, school board members, district personnel, and visitors from across the district.  In addition to these honored guests, we were also very excited to welcome our friends from Laurel Mountain Elementary in Round Rock ISD, near Austin.  We had the opportunity to share with them some of the innovative learning experiences taking place at Austin Elementary including E-Time, Enrichment Clusters, looping, and so much more.  Thank you to the parents, educators, learners, and administrators who willingly gave of their time to share their insights with our guests.

Our second and third grade learners represented themselves beautifully at Friday's Showcase, and set the stage for another exciting round of Enrichment Clusters to begin in April with our youngest learners in kindergarten and first grade.  If you were unable to attend Friday's extravaganza, perhaps you can get a small glimpse of the excitement through the video below.   Enjoy!
